I am not dead,
I did not die.
I rose to Heaven,
in the blink of an eye.

My human life,
had come to an end,
But my spirit lives on,
Please believe me my friend.

My body was just a covering,
for the spirit you could not see.
Like a caterpillar in it's crysalis,
just waiting to fly free.

I have not left you,
I am never far away.
I have things to do and learn here,
and yes, I get to play.

If you're ever feeling lonely,
feeling down or feeling blue.
Please call upon me to listen,
and I will try to help you.

Heaven is my home now,
It's beauty there's no comparing.
So do not cry another tear,
it's full of love and light and caring.

When your lessons on the earth you've learned,
and it's time for you to join me.
Take your guardian angel by the hand,
and together we'll be free.
